“ This is my first visit to this location of Carls Jr in Victorville. On the corner of Armagosa Rd. and Hook Avenue. I have the app but I am not familiar with where to find things on it. I walked in knowing it was their 12 days of Christmas promotion knowing that there was a shake available for a special price on December 24th. I went in I waited somebody came up to the counter I believe it was a manager but I am not sure. I told her I was there to get the special that day of the shake and she told me to open the app where to go on the app find it. She had a girl make it for me. I had it right away. It was excellent and made exactly as I asked with no whipped cream. And the person that helped me was excellent I am sorry I dont know your name and the person that gave me my chocolate shake was super nice also. ”
